Cute booties!!! Makes me miss my kids' baby days!

I just wanted to share the bracelet I'd made for akredhead with y'all. I was pretty stoked with how it came out considering I'd never worked with felt like this before.

I did tweak it a bit after photographing it to add a couple more links. It has a chain as the base, so it wasn't stretchy. The little felted beads are wired to the chain.

Aw, thanks! It wasn't my design...so I can't take credit for that, but rather based on one of the items from her wists.

so cute!  I love using felt little balls for jewelry since they are so lightweight and soft!  Love the colors! Reminds me of tropical fruits! Cheesy

Such a Lovely gift!

I'm doing a blog post now on the bracelet as well as linking to the etsy shop where I purchased the felted ball beads. She was such a sweet lady to work with! Just wanted to share if anyone is looking for some of those & doesn't want to have to felt their own.  Wink

You guys, I'm so excited!!  An entire MONTH after it was sent out I got a present from Edie22!  I'm sure the post office knew I'd be happy to extend my 30th birthday celebrations well into February, and they're not just inefficient buggers, right?  Haha.

I received a couple of days ago, but haven't posted pics yet because I was hoping to get an action shot.  Unfortunately my attempts at self-portraiting have failed miserably.  If I can talk someone into taking a pic for me in the next few days I'll post it, but in the mean time...

Cupcake liners, edible cupcake decorations, AND a hat!  Not just any hat, mind you...  It's blue (my favourite colour), ridiculously soft, and it's actually a convertible hat from my wists!  If I loosen the bow on top a bit I can pull my pony tail through, or if I loosen it all the way I can wear it as a cowl!  How awesome is that?

Thank you soooo so much Edie!  I feel so lucky!
