My sister out grew her favorite shirt and didn't want to let it go. So I cut out the Hello Kitty on it and sewed it to heart shaped black material cut outs. I added 3 yo-yo flowers that were made from a Hello Kitty material I found in my aunt's scraps and then sewed up the two heart pieces and let my sister stuff it with cottony love.
