I think they would be cute even if they aren't all the exact same size, some slightly bigger, some slightly smaller would add to the charm!

So what seam allowance are we going with?

Also, we are doing them the same fabric on both sides right?

I think if we are adding our own seam allowance, it doesn't matter what it is.  If I add .5" allowance and you add 3/8" they would still end up being the same size.

they can be different on either side if need be. say you have a sweet scrap that would only be enough for one half of a triangle...I say go for it. I am increasingly excited about this project.

If you print it on the "fit to printable area (or fit to page)" setting on your computer, you will get an entire pennant printed out.  If you don't use that setting, it is a good inch bigger and the corners all have a gap that does not print.  Which you can fill in but the final pennant will be bigger....

I printed a test and i did "fit to printable area"
the measurements are ~7.75x11" (11" along longest edge)
