Loading your initial avatar: newbie query!

Hi, I'm new here. Having trouble finding out how to upload my avatar. The Help FAQs say to click on 'Forum Profile Information' under My Profile, but I only have one option under that heading: Account Related Settings, and there's nothing there about an Avatar! Can anyone help? I am registered, but not a Friend... yet. Is that the problem? Cheers

It was because you hadn't posted anything yet. Now that you have, go back and all those options should be there!
