Good online shops to buy dies - Looking for a rounded flower

I need a die for cutting out flowers to do this project http://www.thechaseys.com/2011/01/tutorial-felt-flower-monogram.html
It looks awesome but requires cutting out hundreds of little rounded flowers esp since I want to do my daughter's full name.

I've decided to buy the original sizzix after reading lots of old posts but am overwhelmed by my searches for online places to buy dies. Plus I'm overseas right now and need to get them delivered to APO. When you buy dies that have multiple layer flowers can you just cut out the one layer you want or are all the pieces one one die?
Also I've seen dies listed as being 4 inch by 4 inch but wasn't sure if that means the size of the flower piece after being cut out or just the size of the die?
