thanks for the tip... turns out my lil pooch looooves the wet and cold so no need for a rain slicker hahaha

Well for waterproof needs I would suggest cutting into an old human raincoat to double the warm fabric you are using for the dog. There are transparent ones that would allow beautiful colors and or graphic design to still be apparent.

Your coat is adorable (and so is Molly). I usually put reflective tape on my dog coats but I think I will try using reflective thread like you did.
