xmas pressie for my little bro , he has cerebral palsy so feels the cold ,this will keep him warm in the house or he can wear it when out in his wheelchair.

its piratey thick fleece wich he will love! 
and this was my first zip !!

 it was not as scary as i imagined (even without zipper foot Shocked) its a bit on the big side but hey itll last longer  Grin

Did you use a purchased pattern or create your own?  My 13 year old son just seen this and wants one (I see a Yule gift here).

You did a great job on the zipper ... I have been sewing for 26 years and still ask my Mom for help with zippers.

shadeweaver; when i made one i used a paper overall sold for DIY purposes. stuff buying a pattern when i can make one lol.

aaw thanks peeps . yeah its one peice but i used a pj pattern and  just joined the top and bottom bits (first pattern ever Grin) i used to have some overalls that would have done the job as pattern but they went somewhere ? a while back. the zips a little dodgy at the end but it does the job.  yay!
