ok, so we've got this secret santa thing going at work where you pull a name out of the hat (or envelope as it were) and you gotta get that person a little gift. we've put a limit of $10 on it, cuz alot of our staff are highschool kids.

so the person i got is a 16ish-year-old guy, (i'm a 26 year old chicky) who loves gaming, computers, and retro nintendo type stuff... considering that's my thing too, you'd think it wouldn't be a problem! but i can't think of anything to make/buy under $10. i thought of a nes controller belt buckle, but do you think i can find a nes controller for less than $20!?

any idea's would be greatly appreciated.

i can pretty much make anything, but i can't knit or crochet.

If you're still going for the nes controller belt, did you try looking on ebay for the controller?

Or if you're into sewing, you could try to make a pixel tie.

I think the description of the product says it's a pin on tie, because it just works better that way.

I know if I were a guy those would be things I want.  Grin
