Hi.(: So this is my first post on here and this is also my first (completed) hat! For a while I wanted a hat like this but I couldn't find one in the stores that I liked. Soooooo, I picked up my crochet needle and started to make one,(: It took me about 2 1/2 hours to make. And I'm really happy how it came out. Feeedbackk would be much appreaciatedd and I would love any suggestions as to how I could improve or add variations. <3
The hat is all black with ear flaps and poms on the ends and on the top.

(Sorry I lost my camera, so I had to use my webcam for the pictures. Hope they show enough detail Smiley

The best feedback I can give is that it looks great on you! I think the basic colour with the cute details (pompoms) means that it works really well.

I love it!  As for variations you could add pompoms to the end of the tie strings.  And colorwise I love the solid black.  But, you could always add stripes to a little variation.  Or maybe do the pompoms in another in another color even.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.
