I made the gift bags on Wednesday and it took me a few trys to get them right.  Everything turned out cute and I gave the bags to my little neices on Thanksgiving.  Thanks so much for the great idea!

That's a neat idea!   I take it they keep for a long time?  I might buy some cheap bulk cinnamon for this, as I have lots of apple sauce.....

I have some from years ago. I add ground nutmeg and allspice as well as the cinnamon.
If they get less aromatic, you can sand the back a little and they'll smell wonderful again.
