I need super cheap Gift Bag ideas

I am a very broke college student and would like to give my friends and family gift bags for Christmas, but i have run out of ideas of cheap and/or makable gifts.

So far, each bag will have a candy cane and a cups worth of Homemade hot coco mix.

Does anyone have any more ideas?

What about including a mug for the hot chocolate? The dollar stores have cool Christmas mugs this time of year.
