Landscapes fascinate me whether they be golden deserts, tropical beaches, or a serene garden. Of course, my favorite element, water, has to be present as well. For me, water completes the landscape and transforms it into a paradisaical garden.

The waterfall was the most difficult element to bring to life. Water is so full of energy and movement and that is not always easily portrayed.  Trying to achieve both a solid and transparent feel to the flow of water was important too.

I hope you enjoy viewing Eden's Promise which is a Fabric Mosaic.

amazing, just amazing.  It reminds me of the ice falls that you can see in Alberta. Smiley  But in the tropics!  I hit this rocks, and want to welcome you to Craftster!

What a beautiful portrait of The Living Water promised in Eden.  I want to be in that pool of water to the left of the waterfall and then sit in that peaceful green area and relax in His Love.

This is one of those art pieces you just want to keep looking at - it draws you in, and the longer you gaze, the more little surprises you find.  I found some critters in there (butterflies, dragonfly, a lizard??, some fish including a jumping fish??, and ... oh dear!  It almost looks like something big, brown, and furry is sneaking in on the scene in the left.  So maybe I might not want to linger in the pool area too long because that big guy might have big teeth!)  Did I get those right?  My eyes aren't working as well as they used to and sometimes they play tricks on me.  How'd I do?

As for how you did, you did a fantastic job!  This is really a beautiful work of art.  Congratulations.  Welcome to Craftster.

Thank you all for you kind words. And yes, there are some cute critters in there too, but no furry big guys unless they slipped in when I wasn't looking.  Wink Thank you all for taking the time to comment. It's so much fun when others enjoy your artistic visions.
