Finished the front of one - just the back to close up and then into the mail as soon as the roads are clear enough to get out.  Then back to the other one, where I'm sticking with the same design but trying a new method to see if I like it better.

And, all snug in my new Weezer snuggie!  Yayy for the power still being on!!!  Cheesy

I'm back from CA and ready to stitch!  I have both hoops ready and sketched out so I can start immediately Smiley  Well, as soon as I get off work.  Stupid work  Angry

Pro personal swaps and always open to a penpal!  PM me =)

The idea I had in mind for the back of sheepBlue's hoop might just be impossible to accomplish at this tiny size. I had originally planned to put the design in a 4" hoop but managed to squeeze it into 2.5". Hmmm...might be going back to the drawing board today.

Hopefully will get my design traced out and hopefully started today.  I ended up getting today off from work as a replacement holiday for New Year's cuz I will have to work it.  Sooooo....I had 5 days off, worked one, then I'm off for 2 again Huh  I should've requested Sunday off too so I would've had EIGHT DAYS in a row off Shocked  LOL!  If my days off and days I want to take off coincide like this again, I will have to smarten up for next year.

I went to Michaels last night to get some floss colors i didn't have and I found 4 of those tiny faux wood frames!!! 3 3" round ones and a tiny oval just like the ones I ordered on etsy that havnt showed up yet. I also got this awesome box shaped like a book to keep all my embroidery stuff in! (thank you 40% coupon!)

I finally got to start stitching!!!! I'm about 1/4 of the way through imafundork's hoop! Me and my boyfriend are driving back up to northern CA today so I have a full 6 hours of nothing but time to stitch! HUZAH!

Checking in. I've drawn out the design and will be transferring it to fabric to start stitching if my 2 year old ever goes down for her nap...

I've ordered my hoops! I have about five different designs in mind, going to wait until I see what the colour of the hoops is like Smiley
