The smallest i have found is 4inchs, which is quite big!
I would like to participate but I can't if I don't have tiny hoops!!!

I think 4 inches is O.K. It's still pretty small.
Besides, who says you can't use something not mass-produced just for embroidery? How about padded canning jar lids? Or some other inventive frame, like a few twigs tied together?
  Personally, I'd much rather have the frame cut out of cardboard and wrapped with fiber and fabric, than a plastic molded thing!

4" hoops are small enough for this tiny round of the Hoopla Smiley.
