I literally can't wait to see the hoops that come out of this swap. I'm just waiting for my Christmas hols to start (on Friday...wooo!) and then I'll get some serious planning and stitching started Smiley

I'll second the request for the pic of the tiny sock monkey embroidery - sounds so cute!!

I'm about halfway done on both hoops - I like to jump back and forth if I get stuck on ideas. They're coming along great!  Grin Very colorful and textural  Wink

Thanks for sharing, Belladune! I like the way you wrapped the hoop with ribbon. And, the crayon tinting! I'd have never thought of that if it weren't for being on Craftster. Cute creepy frog.

I love craftster for that too.  I'd not have thought to do ANY of that (not even the embroidery) if it weren't for the loverly bunch of stitchers here Cheesy

I know exactly what I want to stitch and I brought the floss colors I did not had yesterday, only to realize at home that I do not own a smaller embroidery hoop for sitching anymore  Shocked
Seems like I used the last one for the hoops hung on my wall(they have nice fabric fat quarters on them). I was so sure I had another one somewhere apart from the really big ones. The small hoop I brought for this swap does not seem very nice to do the actually stitching in, so I will have to wait till I can buy another hoop.
