I'm getting into the Christmas spirit and using up my stash yarn. I have so many odds and ends of yarn that I don't know what to do with them all. I ended up using some of my green stash to make Christmas trees.

The two smaller trees were made with 1 ball of Art. Locke by Herwood. I am not sure what the yarns are in the larger tree but it was made with two strands held together (3ply wool and novelty eyelash).

If you are interested in making the trees on the left and right, you can click this link and the pdf will automatically download.

Merry Christmas!

These are great, I love the ribbing. And thanks for the pattern, I've been needing something simple to get me back in the knitting spirit!

Aww, so cute! I love the colours in the middle one.
Yet another reason for me to learn to knit, heh.

What about the middle one, did you just whip that pattern up yourself?  I think a knitted christmas tree would be a cute little addition to my dorm Smiley

Guardie for life.

I am really interested in doing a personal swap, especially for greener things like reusable lady items, wool dryer balls, or other such things.  I can knit, sew, draw, and put things together in pretty neat ways.  Please PM me if you're interested.

Thanks all! Grin I am so happy you like them!

Plumbucket- All of the patterns are mine. I didn't write up how to make the one in the middle but you could make it by following the instructions for the smallest tree. Just skip the 4 purl rows after the knit rows and keep increasing in pattern until it's the size you want.

Wow! I just love these!  They're just the kind of thing I'd break my vow of not adding trees to my collection for.  Wink
