OK, so I had mine in the mailbox but the mailperson didn't take them because they were too thick so she left a note saying I have to add 20 cents postage to have the envelopes skip the sorting machine!!! So, I will be sending out once again!!! o_O

I used to run into that problem every time I made homemade envelopes from magazines! No matter how thin they are, it always cost me over a dollar to ship Tongue

they can be up to .25" thick and only need to bend 40%. Mash the heck out of it. Cool

I sent to MissingWillow and RunningNaked today! I was a little worried I'd have to send late due to the fact that nearly 4 feet of snow has fallen this week (and it's still coming down).

Over 44 cents, Sad BUT the postman liked my envelopes!

I should be heading to the PO within an hour or so.  So, excited especially since I'm not late.  I actually had to pair down because I was over the weight limit.  This is a challenge!

I finished my envelopes today only to find that the post office had already closed  Angry Curse my last-minute envelope decorations! Not to worry, though; I will send them first thing tomorrow, as I have other packages that need to leave tomorrow too.
