I made these knitting rolls out of old pillow case and duvet cover material.  I bought the sewing machine button from the Victoria and Albert Museum gift shop years ago so it's nice to finally see it in action!

I'm really pleased with the cable needle holder but the knitting needle roll came out too large I think.  If I was to make it again, I'd make one that only held 5-10 needles and make 2 or 3 of them, rather than trying to make one that held all my needles in one roll, it makes it quite clumsy and awkward to roll up neatly.  Still, it's a great way of keeping my needles in one place and organised!

Haha, thank you!  You could always make one for your crafting supplies - scissors, tape, needles etc!
