Hmm, have you tried craftster photo hosting, annachronism? When I can't get photobucket to work I use that instead.

ok, so i'm still not having much luck with craftster photo hosting (don't even mention photobucket to me  !) so this is just Part One of the gallery of awesome stuff received by me from Angelicasews 



i seemed to have trouble photographing anything that had a shine to it in both natural and, um, unnatural light- i'm going to have to put my christmas money towards a camera, so i don't have to rely on my iphone! still, this is a photo of the mug that angelicasews altered with skeleton key rub-ons (she was kind enough to include the rest of the packet for me to use, they're pictured here) and the letter she wrote me on gorgeous textured paper


here's the first of the two beautiful altered jewellery boxes i received- the top-

which has the most delicate tiny key charms and cabochons stuck inside, my favourite is the one with the crown in the top left i'm afraid you're all going to have to wait for photos of the top and the bottom as photobucket is being a total pain!!



this is another extra Angelica sent me, a beautifully carved wooden key from an attraction that used to be near where Angelica used to live. it's very celtic looking, when the weather's better i might hang it in my garden and see if it attracts any fairies

I agree!  Wonderful stuff.  That wooden key is awesome!  When I went to Disneyland, I bought the "keys" from all the attractions there.  The Haunted Mansion one is my favorite.

I liked keys before, but this swap has given me a renewed love for them!!  I find myself looking much closer to the bins and display cases in the thrift stores now  Everyone received such lovely things!

here AT LAST is the second part of my package! i can't apologise enough for my tardiness- life, as well as something being up with craftster photo hosting, just got in my way for a while! but enough of that  here we go!




remember the box with the key charms and cabochons inside? here's the lid- those are tiny beads in the groove around the paper and transfers, and they're all shiny and multicoloured  - as well as the keyring my partner used to fasten the scroll of paper she sent by way of a letter, and another larger key with a locket attached (the locket had a picture of a key inside, but i think i'm going to replace it with a picture of my ukulele  )

it was tough to get a close up on the gorgeous swirly locket, but here one is- i particularly like the wire wrapping on the keyring



here's the reverse of the box (such a beautiful choice of paper!), again with the keyring and locket



and believe it or not, that wasn't all!!

my partner also sent me a ton of black and blue stripy fabric, which has been stashed away- i'm thinking that once i get better on my sewing machine, i'm going to make a little victorian-ish pouch type bag to take out in the evenings  there was also an apron in a mustardy-brown-ish colour with green check ties which is living in my mother in law's kitchen, where we tend to make way too many cupcakes on the weekends
