So, I had plans to make this scarf many months ago, but I couldn't figure out how to change colors properly.  But thanks to fantasticmio I learned pretty quickly.  But, since I was going to the "Deathly Hallows Part 1" premier last night, I figured that I better finish the scarf and quickly.  So in a matter of a couple of days. I had a completed Hufflepuff scarf!  And here's the pics!  Ignore the tiredness on my face, because I'm completely exhausted.  And I'm planning on making a hat on my Knifty Knitters with my leftover yarn.  Cause you can't have a scarf without a hat right? Tongue  So pics, yeah...

Thanks for looking! Smiley

There will always be people who say mean words  because you are different, and sometimes their minds cannot be changed. There are many more people who do not judge others based on how they look or where they are from. THOSE are the people whose WORDS truly matter.

Thanks!  It was fun to make!

I'm also wearing the shirt that I painted.  Has Hufflepuff on the front, and then the snippet from the Sorting Hat song from the first book.  My friend has one, except it's Gryffindor.  It was fun times! Smiley

Thank you!

I don't know the accronymns.  So what I did:

Chain 30
Triple crochet 10 rows of yellow
Tie on the black at the end of the yellow
Turn
Triple crochet a couple of stitches, snip the yellow off, then continue on with 10 rows of black
Tie on the yellow at the end of the black
Turn
Triple crochet a couple of stitches, snip the black off, then continue on with 10 rows of yellow
Repeat till you have the desired length.

Mine is about 12 or 13 blocks long.

Enjoy! Smiley
