They aren't really the best..at all. I'm not very much of an artist but i have recently learned the wheel and discovered my love for ceramics.

i love clay working but the wheel is extremely hard and frustrating.  as soon as i get almost a bowl or w/e, i absoutly ruin it.

Wow. Those look awesome! They're just like you can buy in shops...but better, obviously, because you made them!

I love your "banana bowl", the big green one.  It looks really sturdy and strong.  The bubbly one is cool too!  But they're all really well done.

Thanks so much guys Smiley It's sad how much I don't know about the techincality of ceramics but the white one was done with a clear glaze and the rest were just run of the mill glazes I believe. Not sure what kind of clay, halfway through the year my teacher changed it on my to something with more grog in it, which is way easier to use.

The first bowl-- how did you make it? I like it a lot.

Ah it was a headache, but well worth it. I started with a round base then I rolled some balls I connected them leaving space in between, then I rolled a coil and attached it so like it made little "valleys" where there were no balls. Then I did the same thing but put balls in the "valleys". Hah I hope that makes sense.
