I think this has been made by a lot of people in France, but not here on Craftster.

I have started in the middle and am loving this project. Anyone care to join?

Wow this is awesome! You guys are doing a great job, I can't wait to see your updates! This reminds me of the piece that I am dying to get and stitch it is Mouline Rouge by Long Dog Samplers. I may have to start this one...someday.

I am on the panel below the middle now. I am looking forward to the sailboat at the far left corner. That's the image the hooked me.

I've done 2.5/9 panels so far, I'm on the bottom panel on the far right, the one with the sailboat that camersas4toys was talking about, once I get batteries for my digital camera i'll post pictures

I know nothing had been posted here in a while, but I just found this and love the design. I've only done cross stitch once, a long time ago... and it was minnie mouse. So, what's a good way to start a project like this? .. besides find the middle and go?
thanks Smiley

After getting into this - and realizing all these symbols represent someone elses life, I am not so into it. I love the pictures, but when I'm making science symbols, they don't touch my heart quite as much as the other parts I like, like the Eiffel tower and the sailboat and the tree. I suggest taking out the elements that represent you, and making your own chart. It would be worth it. You wouldn't have to worry about thread colors if you did the piece in a single varigated thread color.
