I fell off the face of the planet dealing with rubbish in daily life. Needed to be done, and I couldn't escape to my world of hooks and yarn (or in this case, plarn). I'll be starting mine today!  Embarrassed

Crochooley,
I have a quick question concerning the following section of the pattern:

"Decide which side of pouch will be the back, with back side facing you still using the H hook, attach contrasting color with a sl st in corner st.

Row 1 & 2: Sc in same st and in each st across. (Fast Forward moment:  the 2nd row will be placement of the pen holder.)
Row 3: In blo, hdc in each st across. Turn.
Row 4 -7: Hdc in each st across."

Do you chain any at the end of the row before turning???

Thanks!!!  Grin

Yes, ch 1 for a sc and ch 2 for the hdc.

My apologies, not sure why I didn't include that because it is on my pdf pattern.

thanks for catching that, I'll update the pattern instructions.

Well, the holidays just up and bit me in the a$$ when I wasn't looking....and I'm out of my contrasting color AGAIN!...I probably won't be able to finish this until after Christmas but I only have half the band and the flower to go....so close!

I feel you, SpookShowBaby. My reasoning is actually school. But, after Sunday I shall have time to dedicate to at least putting supplies together. =D
