I wanted to do a thanksgiving craft with my 2 1/2 year old daughter since we're going to my husbands grandmothers today and I wanted Reina to have a lil' something to give her! Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of craft stuff to use... so we just made hand print turkeys & I added a lil' poem I found online & an different version of the same poem also...

Here's the version # 1. Made for her Grampy (My father-in-law)

& My version  #2. Made for her G-G (great grandmother)

I had to share because it's so easy and turns out super cute!! A great Thanksgiving craft if you have small children!!
thanks for looking!!

& HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL THE CANADIAN MEMBERS OF THE SITE!!

edited to add: here's the link to the site I found the instructions/poem on- they also have other craft ideas for ages 2-4: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/74543/five_easy_thanksgiving_crafts_to_do.html?cat=24

LOVE them! Nice and bright colours.

Did your daughter liked making them?
My boys would and they would probably make a BIG mess... Cheesy

Thanks! My daughter LOVED making them!! Her favorite part was while I painted her fingers. ("It tickles mommy")

I *must* do this with my elementary after school kiddos! Thanks!! I'll probably laminate it also so it will last for a looong long time Smiley Maybe even add a picture! Oh all the possibilities...
