i'm so sorry for your loss.

i've been saving my toy poodles fur from the groomer planning on spinning it and making something. maybe a little willow (my dog) replica...

great job and thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks so much, everyone.

Gingersperson, your dog is so cute!

Eatmoreplants, it's a great idea to have your dog's hair spun into yarn so you can crochet with it.  I saved Annie's hair for years, but then it got thrown out during one of my moves.

It must be hard without her after so many years. The poodle you made is very, very cute and I hope it helps you cope with the loss of Annie.

A cute craft, very well made, and a great way to remember her.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's so hard, and my heart goes out to you.   I lost my Stanley (a chihuahua) a little over a year ago, and I too crocheted little Stanleys.  I have several around my home, tucked on shelves, on the bed, the couch, etc.  I find it comforting, and I hope you will too.  All the best. And you did a wonderful job crocheting Annie.

I love it so much!!  Beautiful!  I'm sorry about everyone's poodles- I had to give mine up to a new home after my divorce.  I know she's happy, but boy do I miss her.

I told you: I only wrote that poem to test my printer!
