I'll admit, I didn't set out to make a septopus... he was going to be a full fledged octopus. I made up all eight of the arms and was working on attaching them when one of our canine monsters gingerly placed a slobbery and quite soiled tentacle by my feet.
I reached to make another arm, but I decided a little battle scar would add some character. And I was tired.
Septopus is made of fleece with sequin suckers. I drew inspiration from many other octo stuffies floating around, but ultimately drew up my own pattern.

Again she was inspired by something I saw somewhere (sorry I don't have a link). Her body is pretty boring, just some lace/ribbon detail. I really wanted to spice it up with some buttons or something, but she is for my first Toy Society toy drop (
