Details of swap:  Tweet, tweet!!  We love birdies!!  The idea is that we all create something that has birdies on it or looks like a birdie!  No sending your canary in the mail...not only is that not nice, but I think the mailman would come and kick you in the shin!  This is the first swap I have organized, so no one make like an ostrich and put their head in the sand!  In other words, PLEASE don't flake on me!

I think you're allowed to if the organizer of that swap marks you as positive for that swap.

so I've been registered for less than 30 days (though a longtime lurker). my 30 day "probation" will be up June 3rd, which is before swap sign-up ends - can I sign up now, or do I have to wait? I don't want to forget and miss the deadline.
