my oven is small and wonky.  but i was determined to make pie.  what to do? use a jar!

Too cute, it's definitely on my to do list.

er, no, that's a swiss pumpkin Smiley

it's just a traditional pumpkin pie.  i first sliced the pumpkin, steamed it, mashed it, and then added all the other usuals.
