The fabric feathers are fabulous. I really love the colour combination you used with all of the different fabrics for those feathers, it is a fantastic piece of design. The owl face is quite beautiful as well.. You should be very proud, hopefully the wearer made good use of it!

That is beautiful. My sewing skills being what they are (or are not rather) I could never come up with something as lovely. Kudos to you! Amazing really!

This is such a lovely costume. I've had the pleasure of wearing many dance/theatre costumes and it would've been a privelege to wear this piece. Well done!

WOAH. I'm practically speechless! This is fantastic, as is your feather tutorial.

Thank you all so much for your comments Smiley you make me a very happy crafter!! And I'm really glad you liked my tutorial Smiley I'm looking forward to seeing other fabric feather projects now Smiley I'm gonna pester my client a bit more for photos, cause I have to make a portfolio for one of my last projects in uni..

I really love your comment, Eclecticlyfe:

I'm a veterinary nurse, specializing in avian medicine/ wildlife rehab and have worked with many owls. I must tell you that you have made the owls brilliantly proud I'm certain. The whole costume is so organic and just beautiful.

I never realised just how amazingly beautiful owls are until I started researching them. It must be great to get to work with them Smiley
