So, on a recent trip to the dollar store, I found 40 sheets of tissue paper for a dollar.  Shocked
I decided my little apartment was in need of some holiday joy.

I just cut two cardboard boxes into circular shape, crumpled up some tissue paper squares, used a load of Mod Podge (My favorite thing in the world) and ta da! Two tissue paper wreaths, that I love!

Cheers up the gray, Chicago window, no?
I'm definitely thinking of making more in different colors.
I hope you like them and make some of your own!  Smiley

Love it! I too have a gray Chicago window. What store was it? Smiley

Ha! I could tell you lived in Chicago just by looking at the background of the pictures!  Cheesy

Very cute! I think colored tissue paper would also be fab.

Thanks to both of you!
It was the Dollar Tree in Lincoln Square. They have cheap little craft stuffs, like brushes and glitter. Smiley

This is a great, inexpensive idea - I have both!  My dollar store had this white with sparkles tissue paper that's really fetching, so think will use that.  Could even do this with old tissue paper - I'm a bit of a hoarder for my craft room.
