We received yesterday!
My boyfriend was overjoyed. He was so happy when I told him the name of the swap and what it entailed. The whole time I was crafting I would refer to it as the Secret Swap which made him so frustrated  Wink

So anyway, Pics of all the goods!

This totally awesome wolf tote that I'm probably going to be stealing from him

Next this portrait of me (I'm guessing? although the drawing portrays such a pretty girl I know it can' be me.) for his desk. I LOVE that she burned the edges of the drawing. Steve is such a pyro/fire buff and this weekend he was actually helping me burn th edges of the handmade paper for a book I'm making for class, so that fits in perfectly.

This is a super cool antique eagle dreamcatcher thing. Excuse my language but I have no idea what it is but me and Steve love it, it fits very well with our other Native American art

Here is a really cool wooden box with a woodburned eagle that made Steve's face light up when he saw it,plus it was filled with these really good smelling elemental candles. Steve's favorite candle was obviously the Fire candle, and I stole the Earth candle Cheesy

Finally this gorgeous wolf blanket that Steve immediatly scrambled into the bedroom and jumped onto the bed to snuggle under. He's been jealous of my purple fleece blanket for some time and he was perfectly happy to gloat with this blanket. Which is fine because its pretty cute to watch a 6'6" man curl under a blanket and he's so adorable too Wink

Thank you so much jennilocker!

Hope you and your man love your package too!

Awwww!  It's so awesome to see him enjoying it so much!  That's great.  That drawing of you is so beautiful, and that's so cool about the fire burned edges being so appropos!  We should do this swap again.  Smiley

Everything so far has been great! I love the variety of things made.

On the same "craft for the boy" theme, I asked nmcakemom to work her crafty mojo for my boyfriend. Check out the loot, I seriously got him spoiled!

We both made bracelets...hers is made with washers! He loved the pattern and was like "wow, look at this!"

A THICK wool scarf in his alma mater colors-garnet and gold! He LOVED this.

Combining his love of motorcycles and his college (FSU) she also made this: (He was SO impressed with your painting skills, he was like "It is very hard to paint that profile free-handed. She did a really nice job" and was grinning like mad.

Next was this AMAZING lap blanket. He was in total love with this, but he would not let me take a pic of him. "This will be put to good use" was the response.

And this cute card and stitch markers for ME! Thanks so very much! It is all appreciated and loved! You were a great partner.  Grin Kiss

And funnily enough, Lucille Ball's birthplace is not very far from our home here!   Cheesy

Liz- I'm SO glad that you and Steve liked the package!!  I wasn't really sure what the eagle thing was either but I liked the eagle on it...the feathers kinda freaked me out though!! Wink  And of course that is you in the picture!! You're gorgeous!! I titled it "Burning Love" on the back Wink  I was hoping that he would like the burnt edges since he likes fire!! And I'm SO glad that he liked the blanket!! I was thrilled when I found the fabric! Too funny that all these men are getting blankets!!

Really glad that he liked everything.  The skull was a lot of fun to do.

I guess you can tell winter is coming, we are all making blankets!
The bracelet is simple peyote stitch using 4 beads a row.  It uses 6/32 hex nuts and takes about 300 for a 8-9 inch wrist.  My hubby was watching me intently while I was making it hoping one will end up in his stocking this Christmas.

We got a great package from emily_rohr.  It included an Atlanta Thrashers recipe box, a wooden spoon with a clay cookie topper, a cross stiched Bat Country (from Hunter Thompsons Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas) framed art piece and 2 cute "I Love Hockey" chocolate lollipops, here are pics:

Thanks so much for a great package, my hubby loves it!!!!!!!!!
