so i am gearing up for a big art/craft sale on black friday so i am cranking out as many embroidery peices as i can before then. i made this one last night and showed it to my boyfriend when i finished it. his response was "looks good so far, what else are you putting on it?" i kind of liked the simplicity of the bunting and thought it was cute as is. what do you think? too plain, too boring? what should i add?

I agree...  I like the simplicity of it..  and I would keep whatever you add simple.  So my thought would be...  maybe some "confetti".  I think confetti because you generally see bunting at celebrations, games, car dealers...  So like I said....  some sporatic confetti bits here and there might make it a bit more festive.  I hope that makes sense.  Smiley

With that much space between the lines of bunting, maybe you can sell them as art work to personalize? Stamp on a name and it's a baby shower gift. Some who bought it as is could add their own embroidery or whatever craft they do that will fit. If you have the time and the means you could do something on the spot at the fair. I don't know. That's what I thought of when I first this picture. Tongue
