So my old cellphone has already been recycled once by giving it to my sister...however it is now broken in two pieces thanks to some highschool boys. But the piece look like so much fun I don't want to throw them out.... anyone have any good ideas?

To me the back of the main part of the phone looks like a robot head - with those circles being the eyes.  Maybe fuse the pieces together to form a robot-like statue-ish thing?   Huh

If you can't find anything to do with it, though, if you can put it back together there are places you can drop it off to be recycled and the proceeds go toward sending calling cards to soldiers overseas...just a thought.

I took everyone in my family's old cell phones and a broken calculator and completely destroyed them. This was around Christmas time so i had a broken ornament and a old fashion light bulb. I paper mache'd them and painted them silver. Then i glued phone parts all over it. I now have a fabulous miniature robot and i love him!

Even if the phone can't be put back together, the components can be recycled. If you can't think of anything else to do with it, take it in for recycling anyway! I know that Sprint stores (and I think most other phone places) will take them and recycle them for you.
