I came in here to check new things to do with your kiwis and see my recipe has disappeared. I hope it shows up this time.
Turned out that DD made my cheese cake with passion flower fruit. My mistake.
I did a search on how to turn my cheese cake into a kiwi cheese cake:
100 gram melted butter (or margarine)
200 grams cookie crumbs
mix together and put into springform cake pan
2 cups fat cheese
3\4 cup sugar
mix together set aside
1 bag unflavored gelatin
1\2 cup water
microwave about 20-30 seconds til warm..then stir til dissolved. Set aside to cool.
1-2 packages whipping cream (38 o\o fat)
4 Tablespoons sugar
whip together til stiff. set aside
Fold jello mixture into cheese mixture then fold whipped cream into the mixture. Pour onto crust then refridgerate til set. At least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, release from pan, place on serving dish. Slice thin slices of Kiwi and place on cheese cake.
Hope this helps somewhat.

This week i have to make kiwi cheese cake:) I didn't have time to make any of the wonderful things suggested here (I have been very busy at work and I have moved back home, which took a lot of time too...). But as soon as i make something, I'll post pictures and report about the results:)
I have been eating 2 or 3 kiwis per day (or drinking them in juice, you can squeeze kiwi the same way you squeeze oranges), and I don't have an allergy jet;) But i also didn't have a cold until now, so I guess all the vitamin C is helping me:)

Lol. Glad you are reaping the good things from the kiwi and not caught a cold.
The cake I wrote about takes minutes to make and can be ready in an hour if you are in a hurry. Just put the crust in the freezer til you're ready to pour the cheese in then put it all in the freezer for about an hour til it holds its shape.
Here is a picture of the cake before I add any fruit or decoration on it:

I'm planning on making a batch of kiwi jam today or tomorrow - if it turns out well, I'll share the recipe. Smiley

Bakaness, your jam would go great on top of my cheesecake. Great combination.
