Recently, I had a liking on drinking ginger tea.  I boil thick slices of ginger in water and drink the juice.  It's so good on my throat.  I learned that it has its medicinal effects on the body as well.  I also drink this whenever I have hoarse voice.  You should try it.  Smiley

I don't love the flavor of ginger, but there's a Korean tea I love that has ginger in it. It's Saenggang Cha if you want to google it. Basically it's a cinnamon and ginger sweet tea served chilled. Sometimes it's made with persimmons. It's delicious.

Ginger tea is delicious!  well, at least I think so.  A good tablespoon of honey in it makes it even more delicious!

Never thought of adding honey.  Thanks for that tip.  I wonder if sugar will be a good substitute?

sugar will work, just a different kind of sweet.  But honey is full of vitamins and goodness as well, where as sugar is pretty much empty calories.

We're on craftster because we love to create. Why should we settle for what we currently are?

I love ginger tea but iced ginger tea with lemon I could probably drink by the gallon per sitting.  I do sweeten it.
