hello! i'm from Wakefield / Leeds.

If anyone journeys over this way, Craftwise http://www.craftwiseuk.com/ has just moved to a big new store. Looks a bit empty like they don't know what to do with all the space, but i'm sure they'll fill it up soon  Smiley
Samuel Taylors is okay for fabrics and stuff, but i'd rather go to Abakhans in Manchester!

If anyone happens to be in Chester there is a fantastic little shop called Liberty Bell in the town centre - http://www.liberty-bell.co.uk/ - I could have spent my entire salary on their cotton fabrics! Definitely worth a visit and the lady who owns the shop is very helpful too Smiley

I'm in Warrington, having moved from Nottingham and currently hunting out fabric/supplies shops! Any more recommendations for the North West? x

Hi, I'm Bekki! I'm from Bristol. I don't often come across UK crafters on here! I spend most of my time lurking, but I've been doing that for quite a while now!

Hi, Rio from Plymouth here. So good to see so many people from the uk on here! Just thought i'd let people know that there's a Hobbycraft in Plymouth city center. It's got some really cool stuff in there, but I don't know how long its gonna be there as its based inside the woolworths and wont get nearly as much foottraffic now.  Cry

Also theres the scrap store calld the Plymouth Play Association at the bottom of Union street. I've not been in to check that one out yet, but according to the council webpage its for schools, craft clubs or just crafty individuals!  The post code - PL1 3HB. Opening hours - tuesday 10am-2pm, wednesday 10am-1pm and thursday 1pm-7pm.  Grin
