Hellooo!

I recently created a bear attack scoodie a few days ago. My husband, after seeing it upon completion, requested that I make one for him as well for work. I figured he'd probably want something a bit more masculine, and since he is a Japanese interpreter, I figured a ninja hood would make him looks cool. And sneaky.

Here he is modeling my newest creation!

And here is a close up.

The best part about this scoodie?

.........The hood is detachable!

This is for when we need to go inside a store and not have people think he's a bank robber  Grin

This time I used some plain Jane worsted weight black yarn. No fancy stuff Sad  But husband attests that it is rather warm and after trying it out, I have to agree!

Jack: Who has a sonic screwdriver?
The Doctor: I do!
Jack: Who looks at a screwdriver and thinks, "Woo, this could be a little more sonic."?
The Doctor: What, you've never been bored? Never had a long night? Never had a lot of cabinets to put up?

I like it! Looks like it would be both warm and breathable.

Might have to try to figure it out and have a go...threw a couple of balls of black cashmere blend in with my OMGtheholidaysareup onus! yarn order with no real idea as to what I'd turn them into. This could be it, though it could fire up the ninja vs pirate wars in my small town all over again!

Thanks for sharing, looks great!

EDIT (to add): If you don't mind sharing (and if you don't want to tell, that's cool!), is the detachable part held on by buttons? Looks like it in the picture.
