Thanks for the kind comments about the Starla doll.  I'm really, really glad Shara likes her, because she's the first doll I've ever made.  I freaked out a bit every time the instructions wandered off into unfamiliar territory (which was most of it!) so thank goodness it turned out OK.

I recieved an AWSOME package today from my partner. I don't have a camera, so when she gets back online, she'll post some photos of her awsomness!! I got the coolest PURPLE blynket, lots of pretty yarn, one which my dorm mates and I have named squishy, some double pointed needles, a yummy scarf, and the COOLEST altoid tin with STARS all over it!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gunna put all of my incense in it..(we're not allowed incense at school, but I have a smelly dorm, and frabreeze just doesn't cut it) YAYYAYA!!! THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU

Wow, this package was amazing.  Totally worth all the craziness that went into getting it.  I moved in the middle of this swap, but forget to tell my partner my new address.  So the package went to my old address.  Instead of leaving it in the apartment office like usual, they took it back to the post office, which took days for me to find!  But all this stuff is so amazing, I don't care about all that.  Wow, I love everything.

This is a crocheted case for my sony eReader.  I LOVE penguins.

The eyes are buttons!  It fits perfect, too. 

TONS of cross-stitch/embroidery supplies.  I'm doing some cross stitching for my family for christmas.  I'm so excited to have a lot of supplies to help with that!
