Hi, I'm new here but I'm hoping I could get some creative feedback here.

I have a project to make a time line that shows different cultures time lines together.

I had a few ideas but the one I would like to pursue is this: A box that has collages of the pieces of work I choose (at least 100 different pieces is the requirement) and I would stick tacks into the pieces and tie different colored strings around the different cultures time lines (blue might be African, red= Rome, green= Greece etc). The issue I'm having is what to put in the box the only thing I've thought of is maybe a bunch of travel items like a camera and sun glasses and Hawaiian shirt but that sounds dumb to me..or like plushy doll versions of some pieces of art but both those ideas make no sense! Any other ideas?
~ By writing this down I had a few more ideas: maybe put different cultural staples from each in the box that I make or maybe have it be an interactive piece that makes the viewer put the push pins into the pieces and connect them themselves?
