So I spend all my time reading Craftster (especially in class...) and finally got the nerve to make something. My roommate and I were Sesame Street for Halloween, and got some compliments, so I figured I would (finally) post something and share it:

We got the hats at Walmart, then found the XL t-shirts. I used a couple of different techniques I saw around online to sew them into jumpers (following the preschool theme). The cookie jar is an old yogurt container with construction paper covering it, reading "C is for cookie!"- and filled with real cookies!- and the Dorothy fishbowl (from Elmo's world) is an old Tostitos salsa jar with construction paper lining the inside - and filled with Swedish fish! These were great to carry around to reverse "trick or treat" and when they were empty, perfectly fit our phones/ID/money.

What do you think?
