I made this dress for my daughters first dance.  I used a vintage reproduction pattern from McCalls.  I got the fabric on the clearance table at Walmart for $2/yard! The only thing I'm not 100% pleased with is how we pulled it up a little further up in the front to prevent cleavage from showing and it made the bust part not lay quite right.  The only problem I had was with the zipper, it took me 3 tries.

This is so cute and your daughter is adorable. In regards to the bust part being off. It's not noticeable, but if you want to fix it you could lower the top a little and insert a v shape piece of fabric in the middle to keep the coverage.
