So, I have mostly been lurking and admiring the lovely items on here (& wishing I could make things as well!)

On another forum, a pinny challenge was set so I joined in and made this for one of the other posters:

I am really pleased with it and fortunately the recipient liked it too.
It is reversible, with an autumnal print on one side and a flowery pattern on the other.  (Apologies for the photo quality, they were by the recipient who had trouble with camera)

I'm not familiar with what a pinny is. It is an apron or a wrap skirt? Or am I totally wrong?

Reversible is always a great thing. It's like you get two in one, and they both usually match what you would wear with the other. And, do I spy pockets? Anything pockets can fit on should have them.

It is an apron.  Although, the one I made is not a full length one.

Yes there are pockets, one central one on the blue patterned side and two on the autumn side (these look wonky but oh well!!)
