Hello! For Halloween I made my boyfriend and I costumes. This was a last minute decision started Friday night and finished Saturday night, all from scratch, no patterns, just a faster heart beat, bleeding fingers, an unending string of curse words under my breath and complete joy when I pulled it off.

I made feet and hands for the Max costume but no pictures with Brendan in them unfortunately...

There were s many incredible costumes posted in here-- how cool it is to be a craftster! We rule!

Yes! Built to Spill played. Unfortunately it was the last show of their tour and they were clearly over it. I've seen them a bunch and they're usually incredible. Not to dis them, but def not the case this time. Not to mention the profuse amounts of heat pouring out of me with those tight little plastic pants and fur covered head and feet! Didn't slow me down one step though. I dance. No matter what. Regardless of how lame or over zealous I look while everyone is too cool to do anything but stand there, arms crossed with a subtle nod to the beat. I'm a magic dancer with moves.
