Thanks everyone! It was a blast to wear. I worked on it off and on for a week, just whenever I had a moment. The strips of netting are poofed up (I cut 2-3 in strips and folded them accordian style and stapled the bottom), then I just started pinning them on.

I love it!  The little rope in the front really makes it!

I could see this being a great group costume---you as the poof, someone as a bathtub, and someone walking around in just a towel!

Yours has a fantastic ball shape that her's didn't, but she isn't a crafter, so I think my sis did a great job too!
