I wanted something that was fun and this definitely was...  just be prepared for people rubbing up on you all day/night. It's quite simple to make. I used 20 yards of netting, about 200 safety pins and some rope. I cut the netting into strips and puffed together and then pinned to a tank top. It was perfect because it was easy to pull on and off (sitting can be a bit difficult in this)

The head piece (which is hard to see - sorry) is small clear Christmas balls glued onto a headband and wrapped in the netting.
