I am going to try to make some fun things for my shop for Friday's Doorbuster.  I think I need to make another trip to the store now.  LOL.   Grin

I'm the kind of person who likes to read the doorbuster sale circulars ahead of time to see what's going to be on sale early Friday.  Should we put a "Friday Only Sale" area at the top of our shops so folks can see what we have planned to put on special?  No one would be able to claim from that area before Friday morning.  What do you guys think?

I'm going to try to put one or two new things in my shop, but I'm gonna be marking down stuff too.

I'm sorta thinking along the same lines here too.  A new thing or two and a sale of some sort.  Cheesy

I hate shopping in malls or brick and mortar stores. I'm a bit introverted and pushy crowds just stress me out. I do most of my shopping over the internet in my jammies. Usually the bigger department stores like Kohl's or Penney's have online "screenbusters" on black friday that only last a few hours, or until supplies run out. Those work out well enough for me, and I'm always awake at 5:00 AM anyhow. Cold weather hustle and bustle and rude people early in the morning? No thanks. I'll have my French Roast and click my mouse in my quiet house instead.

That totally describes me too.  I do not go anywhere near a store on Black Friday and prefer to hide indoors and shop online instead.  That goes for the rest of the year too though.  Wink

That's a good idea, We could each display our doorbuster item prior to the sale, but no claims until the Friday Sale, it'd be no fun if everyone had put things on hold in advance

When is the Sale Day?  -next week??

I think what I am going to do is make a page on my craft journal just for my 'flyer'.   Smiley    I will link to it in the discussion thread when its ready and also at the top of my shop so its easily found.    This way its clear in my shop what is part of my Black Friday event.   Smiley

Hmmm, between food shopping, driving too far, and cooking, I don't think I am going to have time to make anything new for my shop by Friday. I just finished up the last toy drop stuffie for my trip, I am planning to drop a bunch at rest stops along the way both southbound and northbound.
