Thanks girls. Yes it a really really tough decision but totally great as there is so many awesome places out there I can choose from! Haha...H&M is totally great as well, as they are such a big company they have all sorts of goodwill towards the workers - on all levels. Also they pay even interns -really- well (which isn't normal over here as students get support from the state).
Though I'm pondering take a year "off" to be an exchange student so I can actually learn a lot about machine knitting which I can't on my school.

5am to 11 am I can live with! It's like from 11 am to 5pm here Cheesy Finally a sale depended on time that I can actually participate in^^
But isn't 5am a bit annoying for you guys? Getting up that early?

Rackyoo, your daughter is SO talented! She should join up for sts Grin I wouldn't mind some of her art!

Pseudo, you don't know how crazy we Americans are on Black Friday! I've known people to camp over night at a store to get to the first deals when store opened at 4 am.

(I have never and will never be one of these people. I prefer to finish all of my holiday shopping before Thanksgiving. Wink )

I've figured out what I'm going to put up for sale as my DoorBuster. I'm going to add a few new things to my shop between now and then. Cheesy

Black Friday is a big deal.  I used to wake up early for the sales.  Smiley I can't wait to play!  Hmm, for those who can't send w/in a week of the claim maybe it would be ok to have a hold instead??

Wow Racky!  I didn't know BananaAmbush was your daughter.  She's amazing.  I love her rings...esp St. Sebastian.  And her graphics are amazing.  TALENT!  Have you guys ever collaborated on anything?

NOw you guys make me want to do a black friday sale. I'm not sure that I have anything exciting to offer though since my last batch of stuff wasn't really as big a deal as I thought it would be. I have some other ideas but am not sure I can get things done in time.
I am amazed at you guys who whip things up super fast. Perhaps I'll make some hats to list.
Any particular colors or styles? I can do slouchy, or beanie. and boy or girl friendly. Smiley and my hubby has a large head so if you have a bud with a big head I can make hats to accommodate.
Or any baby goodies wanted? Booties? hats? Jackets?
What about pets? Anyone have small furry pets? I can make hammocks, tunnels, cuddly cups, etc. Smiley

I just might have to figure something out to participate. I only ever almost got up for a black friday sale once. I decided at the last minute sleep was more important. I think if I had some fun young people to go with I'd do it but I don't really now anyone my age who likes that sort of thing.

Ok this shows how much I go out of my way to avoid Black Friday stuff - what exactly is a doorbuster? Is it like a free thing with every purchase or like a giant thing on sale for a way low price that stores only ever have like 4 in stock of? I've never done a BF run for anything; I treasure my sleep and personal space wayyyy too much lol. Not to mention I get really aggravated leaving xmas shopping/gift making to the list minute so I tend to have most of my list finished anyway.

I'm gonna have to sit by my computer all morning on Friday  Cheesy Good thing I don't have to go into work until noon.

I've never heard of Black Friday before Shocked What date is it this year?

I never do last minute shopping. URGH! I hate shopping in general and Christmas shopping is horrendous! 4am?! DAMN! I would never ever do that. Okay maybe once if I was in the US at the right time. But only to try it and know why it is I should never do it again Grin ....Though I don't mind the sales after Christmas - that's when I might have money for clothes.

Ok, thinking of what to do for my shop; do people want xmas themed stuff or more general themed stuff for all year round?

We worked on the art for my avatar (Nanny Beatrice Grace) together, and when she designed this zine last year, she had me do the handwriting for it because she doesn't really like her handwriting.

My other daughter, katydidnot, is receiving lots of STS items for Christmas this year, too. They are going to love their crafty Christmas gifts, so thanks to lots of STSers for that!  Smiley
