audio, you ARE pricing too low! You're way better than that.

Why don't you make a cute set of stationary, or some Christmas or even Valentine themed items? Think of things people might like to purchase for stocking stuffers.

i've wet felted a few pairs of slippers and they were definintely nice and snuggly. i did it using styrofoam resists. the only thing i'd change in future is to get some of those rubber soles you can attach to the bottom cause they are a bit slippery to wear on wood or laminate floors.

If you don't like rubber soles and want to keep the flexibilty of the slipper you can use a fluid rubber glue. It hardens up and take care of the worst friction Smiley I can't remember if it's called something in particular, but it works! My grandmother used to do felted slippers with it.

Okay, I decided to offer any of my polymer clay charms as crochet stitch markers (with a lobster claw clasp) or knitting stitch markers (with a solid ring).  Just let me know in the PM which you would like.  Smiley

Have any of you fiber and felting masters ever made felted shoes/slippers? I've seen some on etsy kind of like these:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/59032526/felted-slippers-beige?ref=sr_gallery_40&ga_search_query=felted+shoes&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=6&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title&filter%5B0%5D=handmade

http://www.etsy.com/listing/60960020/discount-15-percent-ecological-felt?ref=sr_gallery_22&ga_search_query=felted+shoes&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=9&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title&filter%5B0%5D=handmade

Hubby and I are living with only space heaters this winter, and I know that something like these would keep me really warm, plus they look easy to slip on and off. My dad made me a pair of boots like this, and I love them, they're just not easy to slip off.

guacaMolly, here's a tutorial I found for making slippers out of felted sweaters. Not sure if it's exactly what you wanted, but it looks like it only requires hand sewing, so should be pretty easy.

Thank you for the welcome. Smiley Smiley

Everyone in my house has had colds/bronchitis and I finally caught it so I have spent the last two days trying to craft through it. Tongue I am really enjoying this swap, although I keep messing up the correct format for sending the pms  Embarrassed I think I finally have it right now, sorry to anybody who was confused.

I made a few more things to add to my shop today, should be posting them up shortly. Smiley

I've had some sort of cold thing for the last few weeks. Well it was FINALLY going away and decided yesterday to come back with a vengeance.
I am totally stuffed up and running and bleh. I want to go back to bed, but have to babysit and finish a pair of baby booties so I can give them away today.
I did sweep part of my floor, load my dishwasher, and so some other cleaning things. I want my house clean so I can decorate it!
