Ok, I'll put them in my shop, but it might be a day or two before I get a chance to measure them.  None of them are small, most are either 11 or 14" wide and either 60 or 72" long, but there are variations in size within each type.

Ugh, today will be getting colder through the day and then start snowing. Then it will probably snow more and be colder later this week, and next week too. Bleh.  If it snows enough, I will try to snow dye some fat quarters for my shop, but I don't think we're going to get that much snow.

Sure, no problem. I'll try to put them in my shop during lunch today, sans measurements.

Awesome of the day:
Make your own yarn winder for center pull balls

Finished knitting a pair of pocketbook slippers for the November birthday swap, just gotta find some buttons for the straps. It felt SO good to be able to knit something, although I was only able to knit when hubbie was around since Azzy won't let me knit Roll Eyes

I have a bunch of purple super bulky yarn that I'm trying to figure out what to do with. I'm thinking maybe a hat or a purse...

Hey has anyone heard of the PO making it a rule that you can't get DCs when sending first class mail now? I ran into this at my local PO and if this is true I might have to drop out of STS soon or at least seriously manage my postage budget  Undecided

That would certainly stink!  Their website still lists first class mail as an option.

Delivery Confirmation may be used with the following services:

It can't be a first class letter, you need the package to be a certain thickness. If you are sending a flat item, stick a packing peanut or two in the envelope and that will fix the problem.

Hm...well the package I sent today was thick enough I think...maybe the woman who took it didn't think so. I might try going to another PO to see if I have better luck.

The Automated Postal Machine doesn't provide the option of purchasing Delivery Conf. when I send first class, but the postal clerks always allow me to add it. I've heard many cases (thru Craftster) of postal clerks refusing and saying it is against the rules, so I think it is a gray area that they're all receiving mixed information on.

*hyperventilates* loooook at theeesssseeee
I think I need these....in some form or another. I may do some experimenting soon. I am completely unable to have more than one project at a time (this is probably a defense mechanism to stop my going insane from project-pverload), or I would have them on my needles right now. *harumph*

Yup. I'd take a pair Grin Hehe. They are really neat!
