welcome to the new swappers!

ZS, sorry you are sick....hope you feel better soon!
I have been cold all day -- guess my body is not used to winter yet,
seeing as we didn't really have any "breaking in" weeks before the cold blast hit!  LOL

AQ -- the excitement mounts!
And your belly does not look very big for 39 weeks!  Cute photo~

Sansa - I love the crazy quilt style and the embroidery you did makes it so beautiful and really adds another layer to the overall effect!

I've taken a break from crafting for swaps this weekend to do some work in my sketchbook for my life drawing class. I surprise myself with how much I've accomplished in the first half of the semester, and even though the teacher is still rather intimidating I am excited (when not exhausted) to finish with a bang.  Smiley

Trying to think of some fun things to offer in my shop...anyone have any requests?

Sheep, my college-aged dd wore her octopus earrings that you made
on our trip to Sea World last week -- we both thought the earrings were quite appropriate  Smiley
I really love them!  Not sure if you are still offering those, but thought I'd throw that out there
in case they interest the newbies....

and LxM -- ceramics?
(ears perk up)
would that include mugs, etc?

Still feeling terrible, possibly worse than when it started on Friday... I hate being sick...

I did manage to get some crocheting done today (this wool soaker has gotten boring so it's going slower as I am easily distracted, lol) and I worked on a few smalls for my STS Secret Santa partner, love them!  If I have time I may make a few extra for my shop next month (once my partner has received).

Hopefully I can get more than 4 consecutive hours of sleep tonight (Z's not been sleeping well, she's got a tooth about to cut through), I have too many things in my to sew and to cut piles to be sick for much longer.

Thanks to the wonderful kayrun (who gave me the pattern), I have added an oreo tape measure to my shop.

I would love to swap for things kids could do in the car on a long car trip (3 girls ages 5-12). I can knit, crochet or trade yarn.

Sorry about your gram, Mlsocci74 Sad

Had take-down (heavy lifting) for the guild sale until 1130 pm, ugh. Tomorrow will require aspirin.....  Sold all my felts and fat quarters, but I have a bunch of unsold scarves, more than I am likely to be able to unload here in my shop, but hey, maybe some of you need holiday presents Smiley  I'll try to take photos (hard now with the time change, since it is dark before I get off of work) and put some in my shop, I may split them into two batches of different point value, since some are using more expensive scarf blanks and have time consuming dye treatments.

Zelda- I'll try and put that detergent in my shop either tonight or tomorrow so it's there for you (or whoever) when you want it. I pm'd you about container sizes.

I am going to try and get supply items in my shop tonight or tomorrow as well!
